Ming Trade GmbH endeavours to make its website accessible in accordance with
Section 12a of the German Equal Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities Act (BGG)
and the German Ordinance on Accessible Information Technology (BITV 2.0).

Status of compatibility with the requirements

This website is currently only partially compliant with BITV 2.0.
Initial measures, such as a contrast and font-size adjustment tool, have already
been implemented using the “OneTap” plugin. Further technical and structural
improvements to achieve full accessibility are in progress.

Non-accessible content

Some images do not yet have meaningful alternative text. PDF documents are currently
not fully prepared in an accessible format.

Keyboard focus is not visible on some elements. ARIA roles and semantic HTML
structures are partly missing.

Creation of this statement

This statement was created on 7 November 2025 on the basis of a self-assessment
using common testing tools (e.g. WAVE and Google Lighthouse).

Ming Trade GmbH is actively working on removing existing barriers step by step.
